One of the very first personal development books I purchased was Louise L. Hay's "You Can Heal Your Life". It was a transformational read. It makes you re-assess your life and the consequences of your actions and how you co-create your reality...the effect your ‘thinking' has on your life experiences.

Since then, the book has first place by my bedside and is referred to every now and then when things aren't quite going my way. "You Can Heal Your Life" serves as a reminder to be ‘in the moment', and re-focus your self talk not only for yourself personally, but also for your business.

Louise also has some great audios and affirmation cards and has even produced a movie based around her book You Can Heal Your Life.

If you truly want to have a positive influence on how your life turns out, you will benefit greatly from Louise L. Hay's work.
