 Nicole has worked with me on a range of business topics that either randomly come up as a nice surprise during a session, or planned to discuss. It is truly amazing what just "pops up" in a session you didn't realise was inside of you that needed work and was holding you back in some area. This is something that Nic is extremely good at observing. I started with face to face sessions and moved into phone sessions. Both are great. I was sceptical at first of the benefits I could get out of a phone session but my mind was confident they were just as good as a face to face session after my first phone session! Nic doesn't need to SEE you to HEAR your words and their underlying limiting beliefs. Every session is a WOW session in some way. I always hang up feeling I have "seen the light" in some way and feel confident I am capable of making the positive change to move forward. Nic is always supportive, encouraging, challenges me, objective and the best listener you will ever meet. What I love about coaching is how Nic can purely spend and hour and a half asking me questions that guide me to dig deep and find the answers I already have inside of me to find my own solutions. She never ever tells me what she thinks I should do. She believes 100% it is inside of me already and gives me confidence I can find it. Coaching teaches and/or reminds you to take responsibility for everything in your life. With awareness you realise everything you have right now, good or bad, you have attracted to yourself. How you respond to a situation/person is your choice. Coaching teaches you to be able to self-coach. Nic is very good at making sure you do not become dependent on her. She teaches you and instils confidence in you that you have the capabilities to self-coach. If you are READY to truly grow and change and be open to doing something a little differently and accept that it is YOU that needs to make the changes not the other person, workplace, government, etc - Get Nic as your coach!!!
