When the thought of having a coach came up, my first thought was "what for? I'm already pro-active, intelligent, open minded and ambitious, I can do fine on my own" (modest too)...and ‘fine' was how I used to describe my life.

When I realised I wanted something different and looked at others I respected for their success and life balance in the world, they have a coach of some sort. Some have several e.g. elite sports people I know have a life coach, a sports coach, a physiologist, a naturopath and a business coach!! So why not me?

Nicole gave me the opportunity to objectively work on myself, which is my 'business' rather than be caught up in the 'doing'.
