 Nicole has performed numerous roles for our company, TravConsult, including consulting, coaching and project-oriented work. Nicole's consulting role has involved analysing our sales and marketing activities in order to improve their efficiency and our desired outcomes. This role also involved customer service training and communication development. TravConsult has also utilised Nicole's coaching skills for several of our own clients as well as for our own company. This coaching role has involved developing leadership, time management, change management and presentation skills for individuals and groups at the executive, middle and front-line levels of management. Furthermore, TravConsult has utilised Nicole's project-management skills to assist with a number of Team-Building assignments for our clients. Her role here has included, planning, organising and facilitating the events. From all of the above roles, our company has benefited from Nicole's input into the business. At all times, we found Nicole to be trustworthy, dependable, hard-working and very professional. Her ability to engage with business people of all ages and from all levels has truly been an added benefit to our work and business. Nicole's work with our own clients has been excellent and has assisted us in gaining repeat business on numerous occasions, in part due to her attention to detail as well as her focus on achieving desired results.
