The International Coaching Federation conducted a Global Survey and found that the top 3 reasons why people hire a coach is to obtain guidance in: -

1.   Career opportunities

2.   Business Management

3.   Self-esteem/self confidence 

The survey also showed that the majority (69.1% in total) of people who hire a coach are aged between 36 and 55 years old, with females leading the charge at 65% and males at 35%.   

The survey respondents were also asked if they would repeat the coaching experience, and a whopping 96.2% said yes!  Why do you think that is?  Because it's hard to succeed on your own.
